Sound like Zab wants another beat down.

Yeah it sounds as if Zab fell off his meds again. I mean really, the guy had{s} so much talent, but never shines. He's one to be talking when he got k.o.'d twice with one punch from Kostya. Williams would make him go into lala land when he couldn't get in to him, and I honestly think Margarito would k.o. him. I want to see Hatton and Zab go at it, and have for a long time. Could turn into the dirtiest fight in history, not to mention the funniest{ barring Lewis/McCall II},lol. Zab needs to keep his croaker closed.
Because all the other title holders are occupied aren't they? I agree he should go back to 140 but I doubt it, he needs 3 more fights before he gets a big fight again.Originally Posted by killersheep

I don't know about 3 big fights, my money is one quick KO of a complete unknown in a couple rounds and then he'll be back in a big fight with Margarito, Cintron etc.Originally Posted by Majesty
I think the other boxers all want to beat up on Zab.
All the fights are winnable and losable for him, but I've said it once I've said it a thousand times. HE needs a new trainer. His dad isn't helping him learn anything new, just basically getting him in shape. He isn't training him in anything new. He is doing what Shane Mosley's dad did after his son beat DLH, let the talent do all the work, and just get him in shape and let him do what else in the ring and call yourself a great trainer. You saw what happened in the Vernon Forrest match, Jack didn't know what to do because he let his son go in there and use his talent, didn't work on his flaws, didn't work on anything. Just like Yoel doesn't do.Originally Posted by Bilbo
In terms of Natural TALENT Judah is in the top 3 of his weight class. The problem is aside from mentally, his problem is his trainer(his dad) Doesn't train him, he just makes him get in shape, but Zab does everything else, his trainer doesn't teach him anything new, doesn't train him in anything better, doesn't work on what they should fix, doesn't improve on his defense. Zab used to be a fighter who was always improving, and then his father took over and he stayed the same fighter, and yes his talent got him far, but talent only gets you SO far. He needs someone like Freddie Roach or Emanuel Stewart.
The number one weakness right now(aside from mentally) is that ever since his dad took over, Zab has never had to improve, and thats why he keeps falling short! Because all the other fighters are improving but he is kept in purgatory with a trainer that feels "Well his talent will get him through it' Screw that!!!
And I really do get pissed at stuff like this honestly, I'm tired of seeing TALENT be used in the ring as talent ONLY.

I think there is two Zab Judah's. One who lives here and one who lives is an alternative universe. The "other" Zab is an undefeated boxer in another galaxy and sometimes he gets asked questions that were meant for the zab of this universe. There is no other explanation for the ridiculous things that come out of his mouth. I mean how can he talk about anybody else when he hasn't won a fight in over 2 years.

All this from a guy who hasn't won a fight in over two years!!!
I for one would love to see Margarito/ Judah. Forget all this talk & settle things in the ring!!!
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
IMO Zab has a very good style to test Paul Williams on how well he would do vs Floyd Mayweather Jr.
