Pretty much every fight I ever wanted to see has already been mentioned. But I'll give it a shot.

Wilfredo Gomez vs Salvador Sanchez 2

Felix Trinidad vs Vernon Forrest (Some guy once told that VF would kick Tito's a$$ while Tito was still dominating the WW division so I wanted him proved wrong)

Felix Trinidad vs Roy Jones Jr If Tito would have beat Hopckins (I know, call me crazy, but I wanted to see it)

Jones Jr vs Lewis .....might have been interesting...maybe not

Ike Quartey vs Sugar Shane Mosley

Definitely agree with Tyson v Bowe, and also Nelson v McGuigan.

    How about:

    Hagler v Hearns II
Joey Maxim v Ray Robinson II
    Jack Dempsey v Harry Wills
    Tommy Burns v Sam Langford

I named 7 because I couldn't leave one of them out.
    Tyson/Bowe for sure, and Floyd/Kostya are my 2. Ward/Gatti # 7,lol. Joe Louis/Max Baer for the oldies.

Jones in his prime at 168 would have annihilated Joe Calzaghe. I don't think we really missed out by not getting to see that one.

The few that come to mind for me are:
    If Hamed had hung around:
    Hamed-Pacquiao
    Hamed-Morales

    And:
Trinidad-Mosley at 147 in 2000 (if Tito could have just hung at 147 for a little while longer)
    Oscar-Quartey II
    Whitaker-Norris at ~150 catchweight or 154
    Mayweather-Tszyu

This to me is the biggest fight never made. Or at least the one I would like to see most.

    Wlad Klitchko vs Lewis also.

Pryor-Leonard is my #1. Actually, Pryor vs. any of the eras top welterweights would stick out in my mind. I think Pryor has been slighted by history because the top guys from era shamefully ducked him. He mauled Hearns brutally in the '76 Golden Gloves Championship and Hearns wanted no part of him as a pro. There was talk after the second Arguello fight of a 'Boom Boom' Mancini-Pryor bout. That would have been a wild brawl not lasting more than 5 rounds.

Some other bouts that never were:

    Hopkins-Toney at middleweight
    Duran-Arguello at lightweight
Foreman-Shavers at heavyweight (can you imagine the skull bashing in this one?)
    Marciano-Patterson at heavyweight
