There's absolutely no way this thing does anywhere near a million buys in the US, no matter how they promote it. Non-hardcore fans in the US have no idea who Ricky Hatton is. And they don't appreciate Floyd's style.

While Mayweather may not be technically "exciting", he is the number one fighter in the sport and can sell tickets because of his stature and his 0. As he keeps winning, the desire to see him lose grows and grows. While people don't like Floyd, they absolutely love his villany. Floyd is accessible and the public is familiar with him. De La Hoya did 900K for Mayorga, with Floyd it was 2.2 Mil. Floyd's a bigger draw then you think and if the fight is promoted correctly (two elite fighters in their prime, USA vs UK), the fight will easily do 750K to a 1 Mil.

I'd be hugely surprised if it did over 600,000 max. How popular is Floyd in the USA? Quite popluar considering his win over Oscar but I highly doubt popular enough to do the 600,000 plus. I don't think Hatton is that popluar stateside either.
