Oh c'mon bro. That's not true. There's a lot of times I (we) acknowledged Pac's weaknesses (liver shot), flaws (skills), miscomings, bad habits (womenizing, compulsive gambling, signing 2 contracts, bad politicians, bad singer, etc.) not just in this forum.

Some of you people are hilarious!! So according to Pac's logic he will have less distractions in his home country, where he is the most popular figure, than at the Wild Card Gym in LA??!!! He will be jumping from camp to camp like a super secret spy Sure thing. And he is going to sweat more there?!! HAHA! Sounds like he really means business and the only reason he is there is to concentrate on boxing and nothing else. No doubt Pac will be prepared...but to justify him going back home with these ridiculous excuses is just funny. And i don't care what Roach says in public....privately he cannot be happy about this AT ALL.

The simple answer to distraction issue is LOCK THE FWOCKING DOOR in Paranaque wild card gym. Yes, an average joe will sweat more in any tropical country. I was born and raised in the P.I. and the humidity will make your life a fwockin miserable. Why would Roach be not happy there? He owns a couple of boxing gyms there. He trains other kids (future Manny Pacquiaos) there too.

I just can't visualize Manny training in BAguio City and Cebu City without people flocking him. I am in the Philippines and I know that with Manny's popularity he won't be able to concentrate on his training. There are so many distractions in the Philippines for Manny. The night outs, women, gambling, showbiz interviews, his upcoming movie, etc.

I am true fan of Manny and i'm concerned with his decision to stay in the Philippines for his training.

I have watched the news of his first day in training and there were just so many people around.Whew, Manny. It's time to be true to yourself. You are training in the Philippines because you want to finish your movie. That movie will never be a blockbuster in case you lose your fight with Barrera.

Manny is arguing that he is training in the Philippines because Barrera's camp might spy on him. Does manny think Barrera can't hire somebody to go to the Philippines to spy his practices. If barrera's camp is really desperate they will do everything to know Manny's moves wherever he may be.

I just can't accept manny's arguments of staying in the Philippines for his practice.Hope I'm wrong.

Freddie Roach is coming to the Philippines to train Pacquaio. i am sensing that Roach and PAcquaio had some problem before. Based on the interview from roach, it seemed pacquaio was disgruntled when Roach focused his attention on De la hoya while pacquaio was preparing for his fight against Solis.

I read ysterday,but I cannot find the article,that Roach has said that he has lost some of his influence on Manny ESPECIALLY when he is not around Manny. He said he does not mind going to the Phillipines to train him but does not prefer it and he only has full infulence on Manny when he is around him(which is not often nowadays!).
