Attending a game in Frisco this year is one of my 'To do' things on my list.

Lol i'm probably gonna be using that line with GB later in the season.

I'm telling you right now, and you can take it to the bank, Manning is gonna have a bad year this year. His defense is in shambles and he lost his left tackle. You might not realize the significance of that but your left tackle is THE most important line spot. Compared to most other QB's it'll be a pro bowl season, but by his standards it will be bad.

The chargers are stacked but so is the whole AFC. The difference between a good team and a bad team in the nfl real isn't all that much anymore.

Taan, my man... Farty Snotandslimer will not be taking his team to the Superbowl.

Vikings are my sleeper team this year. Did you happen to catch Adrian Peterson's NFL (even though it's still preseason) debut?

He looks DAMN good. I think he broke for 45 yards or something on his first carry, and looked equally impressive after that during his limited preseason action.

The defense is strong, they have an excellent running back tandem that's never gonna have a problem moving the ball downfield, and their qb situation isn't as bad as people let on.

As long as they have Jackson throwing short passes (and every once in a while a mid range pass) there's no reason they won't go deep into the playoffs. That's exactly what the Steelers did a couple years ago with Roethlisberger, and they won it all. Keep in mind, the Steelers didn't start to suck until they thought that Roethlisberger was a good enough qb to carry their offense (and we all know what happened then)

Vikings have a much better running game than the Steelers did then, incredibly underrated defense, and the NFC is wide open.

It's worth 10 bucks on Minnesota to win the conference, because I'm sure the odds are more than favorable towards the Vikings.
Nah Green Bay's gonna win the division. Their defense is quite possibly the best its ever been. Preseason doesn't mean anything but in two games they've had 12 sacks and 2 fumbles returned for touchdowns. Favre is more consistant than grossman or any other qb in the division (after his line was sured up last season, he really started to improve). Favre might even have that weapon receiver he's needed for awhile in Jones. They're making the playoffs but i'm not making predictions beyond that.

I'm hoping the Seahawks can get back to the super-bowl, I like their chances a lot better than most people seem to. And go Bengals, they won't be terrible if they can manage to stay the fuck out of jail.

The seahawks are done, that season was a fluke. Alexander faced like the worst rated run defenses (it wasn't because of him that they were rated so bad). Their division has some strength too. San fran could be competitive this year and st louis is probably gonna be a factor. Their offense is stacked tho and atleast they have arizona for 2 easy wins.

Texans fan Actually I don't really have a team but I'm thinking about going with them. Hoping for 8-8.

I'm a Brodie Croyle fan from college but he is gonna be a trainwreck for the Chiefs this year. I see a lot of cringe worthy interceptions coming.

As for who wins, hopefully not the Patriots. Or the Bears. Thinking maybe the Saints although that's probably wishful thinking because of their defense.

The Patriots are stacked. If they don go nearly undefeated or win a superbowl, it just goes to show how overrated tom brady really is. I dunno how grossman can hold down a starting job. An under 40 rating in 4 games and he makes it to the superbowl (one such game against a rebuilding GB defense)?

I picked bears and chargers for the superbowl last year in week three. From the AFC it has to be the chargers, they are the most complete team. In the nfc it could really be anybody because all the top teams have flaws but is seriously have to pick Green Bay (SD and GB meet in week 8 i believe). Their defense might not be as impressive as the bears (its getting close) but their offense will be a lot more consistant this year. And with the first pick in the 2008 NFL draft the detroit lions select....

What's even more unbelievable is that the Atlanta Falcons already said they have no intentions of signing him.

I think that Atlanta has a little bit too much faith in Joey Harrington, but on the plus side, if Atlanta starts Harrington they won't win more than 2-3 games and line themselves up to take the top QB (Brohm from Louisville, so far) in the 2008 draft class.
