Why would he even bother? He's had one fight since and it was against a higher quality opponent then Audley.Originally Posted by Majesty
Audley is done. I'm sick of hearing his name, really I am.
Yeah but then again tell me, how was that Sprott Skelton fight?Originally Posted by amat
Higher quality opponent against Matt Skelton LMFAO!!!!![]()
You're right. I forgot how exciting of a fighter Audley is. Sometimes I don't know what to watch, Corrales - Castillo or Audley - Guinn.Originally Posted by Majesty
To be honest mate Sprott is a journeyman fighter whose spent virtually his entire career in complete obscurity. His shock win over Audley catapualted him into the domestic heavyweight picture but his showing against Skelton sent him right back to no mans land again.Originally Posted by amat
Audley's career mey be a joke but he's still an Olympic Gold Medallist and will therefore always be a point of discussion in the British heavyweight scene.
Right now Sprott needs Harrison just as much as Harrison needs him, probably more.
Audley could get a Williams rematch, win the British title and he's back in the picture again, he doesn't even need Sprott to get back.
Sprott on the other hand...who cares? The only opponent anyone would be interested in watching him fight is Audley Harrison.
I actually see it completely the opposite to you and can picture Sprott calling Harrison out soon rather than the other way around.

And I agree with Bilbo on what he said too
You've got to bear in mind that Audley is no spring chicken. I forget exactly but isn't he mid to late thirties? He doesn't have much time to get into the world title mix. Obviously he can certainly still mingle in with the British scene but his world title aspirations are looking less and less likely
I think he's 35.
Jeez, can't the guy just slip away and not do this? Frankly, I think it's a bit embarrassing.
Anyway, for when he slides down another rung....A guy I know at work says his brother-in-law knows someone who said he knew a mate of an ex-British Heavyweight (no idea who). Perhaps one of them knows someone who wants to beat Audley up?
BTW, I never rated Audley (does it show?)
And when Audley loses this he can fight Steve of Jerry Springer

I think we've just stumbled across a winner here!
Let me explain:
Audley v Celebrities Bodyguards!!!!
I read Britney Spears' bodyguard quit. Fight him next?
Williams was a punchbag and was asked to fight on like 6 days notice like i said nothing to really shout about.Originally Posted by Majesty

Shit Harrison is now fighting bodyguards?
I guess if he looses this one he will fight Whitney Huston![]()
