Where's your head guard BHB? You don't need the wear and tear once you pick the sparring up and unless you're a pro you're gonna have to get used to fighting in one any way

Sometimes i spar without headgear 2. Makes me get mey head outta the way quicker!

I don't like wearing them, but we have to

think it's worth sparring with them because, I know it only makes your head half an inch wider.... but I've never trusted judges! that;s all they need, it;s the difference between slipping the shot with out one on and having it skim you with one on.

Yeah i get what you mean. Iv finally found a headgear which suits me. It made by a company iv never heard of, named "starpak." A nice light, nicely fitting headguard. I dont own mine, the gym supplies them for fights.

Thing is about not having head gaurds.. I never mind abit of a bruising but it doesnt half annoy me when i come home not a mark on my face but a bump on my head from an elbow or something Lol

Got caught pretty hard slap bang on top of my head the other week to that sent me a bit blind for a moment Lol

Everlast are meant to have one very good one, but im not sure which one it is!

I know what you mean, Everlast are a funny brand.. You get the tip rop stuff from everlast and alot of lower class stuff especially sold in britain its usually the less the good stuff
