Miguel always looks like that in training. In fact,I'd go as far to say he looks lazy and way too relaxed in sparring but he has yet to lose so his training can't be that bad.

Im really looking forward to this fight i think this could be the best fight of the year and as i have said many times i think Mosley will win but im not counting Cotto out because i have seen Mosley get discouraged in fights but Cotto needs to use his jab and try and close the distance between himself and Mosley similar to how he did vs Judah but the thing that worries me is Cotto's chin it isn't weak but its suspect but Cotto has huge heart so thats what has kept him in fights where he has been out on his feet but Mosley is good puncher and is very quick handed i could see Cotto getting dropped in this fight and staggered on many occasions the key for Cotto is how many times he can land on Mosley's body early because Mosley has good stamina and can fight at a high pace so Cotto needs to land body shots early and wear Mosley down if he can't then im picking Mosley by decision.

He kinda looks like he is posing and not training. But you gotta remember that cameras now are alot better than they use to be so pictures don't show movement to well just a high quality freeze frame.

I have always said that Miguel looks uninterested/not motivated while he is training. He just looks as if he is going thru the motions of the routine. I guess that is just the way it is because he always comes to fight.

When u seee Miguel Cotto in the ring tho, rarely do you see any emotion in there either. He's got a great poker face.

Glad to see someone else noticed that too. He looks so calm, almost bored. Watching him in the ring, you'd think he'd be going all out, ferocisu in every training session! Maybe he does so in the sessions which aren't on film ie ones we have not seen!

Cotto's demeanor is deceiving even in interviews...the man is focused and always prepared when it comes down to fight time.

I know one guy who sparred with Cotto for the Judah fight and he told me another sparring partner left camp because he did not want to follow Cotto's insane training regimen after a while. Cotto knows how important victories against top guys are to his career/financial well-being. He will be in top physical shape for the Mosley fight. Guaranteed!!
