I really like Bute, but I think he may have problems early on in the fight because he's a slow
starter and Berrio is anything but.
I agree. He's more than capable of riding the storm though. Bute must be prepared to play the long game here.
For me, the normal indicators...ie home crowd, undefeated record, good KO ratio seems to suggest that Bute should probably have the edge, but I would still like to see Berrio win because he's been the long way to get the title....going back to Germany to beat Stieglitz after he'd lost their first meeting showed a lot of bottle, and he's a heck of a puncher too.
Berrio was also the first person to beat Yusaf Mack, and he did it quicker and more convincingly than Andrade. Furthermore Berrio has only 1 fight that went the distance an 8 rounder 4 years ago. This is definately going to be an exciting fight, Berrio will put more pressure on Bute than Bika did, I am really excited to see how he can handle it.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

I am not sure if Bute is as big as a puncher as advertised. Even though he has 16 KO's in 20 fights, 4 of his last 5 fights went the distance.

    Something to think about.

Bute looked a little one dimensional in his fight with Bika, Berrio will pressure him just like Sakio, Berrio has some pop, but I can see him outworking Bute for a win as well.

You also need to consider that Bute is a southpaw that kinda fights standup. Holds his hands a little low. He almost invites a straight right or left hook hand countering his jab. It will be interesting Tomorrow night for sure.

His one saving grace might be his good head movement.

Too bad it won't be televised in the U.S. You can bet that if FNF was still on for the season, that it would be though. I'm going with Berrio, I like the guy, he hits hard and is a character. That was great when he gave the kiss of death to Yusaf Mack, then knocked him out.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

This will probably work all over the world:

My French is pretty broken, but a few internet searches also gave me this baby:

I'm guessing you might have access to the tv-channel?

CC Mikkel, great work mate. If you look at the first link on Mikkel's post there is a sopcast address broadcasting the fight live at 4am CET, or 3AM UK Time. If my maths are right that translates to 10pm EST and 5pm West Coast US.

I'm not sure how sober I will be come 3AM, but if I'm remotely coherent I'll be trying to tune in cause this is for the #3 spot in the SMW division, and is between two real bangers as well.

Yep a fight I would enjoy too see also, I think Bute will be the winner. He is very good and reminds me of a younger Kessler ( since Kessler is still young).

But I like to bet on the underdog, go Berrio all heart.

Hope someone will share some fight files on the other board.
