Miranda - Pascal in the works?

Miranda is supposed to be fighting Andre Ward next year but Pascal seems intent on making a fight with Miranda. Also,Mayorga was bad mouthing Minrada too?! WTF is up with everyone after Edison? I think he's a danger to everyone he fights with his power,as long as he has carried it with him. I agree Pantera,he showed some good shoulder rolls v Porras.

It will be a fun fight to watch, and hpefully if it happens the winner will fight Kessler. Though like Ouma says, don't know why he's going to be better at 168, unless he truly had weight issues at 160. Still he's not a great boxer, and may just end up a gatekeeper at 168.

I think he ahd SERIOUS weight issues....he weighed in at 169.4 or something for this fight?! Thats above SMW! What would happen if he overweighed again for another big fight?!

Seems like alot of guys want Miranda after Pavlik destroyed him. He was sure talking big about wiping the floor with Kelly and talking smack about beating the shoes off Taylor, so maybe some guys think his bark is bigger than his bite and want to test it. Nobody seemed to be calling him out before Pavlik sparked him out, but now everyone wants him.

The contract weight for his fight with Porras was 170lbs, so he was actually 3/4lbs under the weight.
Many fights that are not eliminators or for a belt are usually 1-2lbs over the weight class limit.

I agree Pascal is a joke... he has so much potential, but he isn't changing his style to better suit himself... he is trying to be RJJ, but he isn't anywhere near as fast or elusive as Roy nor does he have the power that Roy had.

Also all this talk about Pascal being the poor mans RJJ.... I've seen him fight whoever really thinks hes somewhat like RJJ has been smoking some serious shit!
To me hes just a kid with his own style some of the things he does might be mocking (if you will) of RJJ but he has it all wrong. IMO and does not have the athletisim that RJJ once had.
