Can't complain about EAS, that's old school baby I was taking that when I was a soph in highschool! Never really used their protein supplements, I just used plain old whey. But then celltech came out.. and that stuff is just ungodly. I wanna try NO2 sometime, whenever I can afford it, which will be awhile since my daughter will be making her arrival to the world any day now...

What do you want to achieve, an achievement will be targeted as a goal.

If your goal is to gain 10 pounds of muscle in 6 weeks, or whatever, that is a goal.

    So, what are they?

if my goal was to gain 10 pounds of muscle in six weeks roughly how often/long would i have to train? (i weigh about 162 now)

Its always best to get your protein and nutrients from real foods

Like Luke says there are many brands, he likes Muscletech, I like EAS so each to their own taste.
i use some stuff called whey 80, it is made by PeakBody, does anyone know if this stuff is any gud?

Well there are a lot of variables too counter act weight (muscle) gain and these include but are not limited too your diet, stress, routine, program, cardio work etc

When bulking up to gain mass easily its best to kick cardio altogether, but its not always an option espeacaily if you need to gain fitness etc too so you would have to eat more to regain what you lost from cardio work outs.

it does work but i think that you're gonna be disapointed coz you obviously need to work, i would imagine that it would be no problem but it is not that fast it only speeds muscle growth up a bit but have no doubt about it, it definatly works if you put the time in

depends, on how you train, how hard you train, when you try, what your bodies like to begin with, your diet.metabolism, how well your body can recover from training and if you take them properly.

so on other words its imposible for us to say, just get stuck in and enjoy watching the results
