    Interesting.

    I totally disagree.

If Kimbo had some direction...I say that he could make a splash into boxing right now.

Start him a pro career blasting out some of these chumps like Maddleone & Bates & so many more that I can't remember...

Everyone has a chance...Kimbo needs direction.

I would'nt say that he's the second coming...but he could possibley be something.

    Anything.

I totally disagree he has no stamina no skills the only thing he has is a good chin it takes ages to learn pro boxing and Kimbo is what 33 years old now ?? he wouldn't be able to just get in the ring straight away it would take him atleast 1 year and a bit which then would make him 34 or 35 i just don't see it Wacko.

The guy must have some good workrate and ability....And though I know Wacko and many other are not big fans of MMA...It takes some conditioning to be an MMa fighter....Kimbo has Bas Rutten in his corner and Bas speaks very highly of him so I have to believe he is capable

I think more important his life style outside of fighting would not do him any good.
He's been street for far too long I just don't see him now at 33 being able to change that.

As soon as they Know him By Name and not some WWE or MMA type Moniker and Catchy Character name.
Sh!! though.....It worked for The "Rock"?And Yeh..No comparrison Between Fist to cuffs Of any type and "Wrassslin" Lol.
Ever heard of Joe SavageWas trumped up over here as "A brutal Bare fisted Brawler" in the Mid 90's.Big bald Hairy Dude. Reports Said He Had A Compiled record of Unsanctioned Bare knuckle fights at 48-0 with all 48 by KO Over in Europe.
One of the funniest Things Ive seen In a ring on tape.I think it was his PRO debut in professional Boxing against Up and Down Bert Cooper.
Bert really messed him up In less than a round,He was rolling Around like someone in one of those Big round sumo outfits? Reality came early and obvious. Whoops off topic...No Kimbo gets KTFO at a Point In Boxing.IMO.

Is he still trying to get a fight with Tank Abbott? That would be good because Tank is a scrappy mofo, it would be a bloody fight no doubt. Kimbo is being trained by Bas Rutten? Bas was a badass back in the pancrase (sp?) days.

LOL I seen that fight...It was Savages only fight lol....What some people don't realize is that these guys fighting underground street fights are going against guys who are not exactly the best cardio wise...also people tend to forget that these fights last about 2-3 min at most,,,,

Seriously I don't want anymore guys that we eventually make fun of in the heavyweight division. It's almost become a punchline to a bad joke when the heavies are mentioned. We might as well talk about Spencer"the king"Fisher being the next great super middle. Kimbo is MMA and back alley, let him stay there before we have another laugh at the Heavyweight Division that use to rule boxing and the world of sports. It's late and I'm on my soapbox, sorry.

kimbo with the best trainer in the world would still got stopped by any of the top ten heavies within 4 rounds.
He has no stamina, all his punches are upperbody strength, no legs what so ever, he would have to change how he goes about fighting in a completely different way. By the time a trainer got him to learn how to stand right, he would be 40 years old (33 now). Lets not make him out to be something he isnt. which is a Really BIG DUDE with a good punch, and im really not tryin to talk Sh!t, but i can find a bunch of those at any local pub around here. obviously not kimbo's size, but u get the point im making.

if Slice had great boxing ability you think he would be messing around in a sport were the money is about a 10th of wot the big name boxers earn ? this kinda sums it up.
a 2 min brawl is not a boxing match.

Look at that guy Gannon that beat Kimbo on the you tube bout...He gained all kinds of attention for it and the first REAL MMA fight he had the guy was destroyed and never hear from again....

The thing is these guys do not realize is that even a guy like Jeremy Bates who gets the snot beat out of him by every decent HW in the world would kick their ass in a pro ring...I mean these guys train for this countless hours...I get all kinds of tough guys at my gym who come in and think they are just going to step in and kick everyones ass...the first time they spar half way through round one 90% of the time you see them with a time out signal or bending over at the knees exausted...It never gets old watching these idiots.....usually I put them in with my national champ Marcus this way I know they will be humbled but Marcus won't take liberties on them...
