Is Forrest totally unmarketable? I find it strange that DLH fights only once a year and he wants Judah?
Why would DLH fight guys like Margarito, Williams or Forrest? They won't make that miuch more money than a Judah fight will, and they'll be much harder to beat.

Margarito is promoted by Bob Arum, arguably the best promoter in the sport.

I agree with you, they all would be much harder to beat and that is my point, what will DLH prove by beating Judah? He is getting older and if he wants a career defining final fight he is running out of time.
I know there is no love lost between DLH and Arum so there isn't much chance of them getting together to nut out a deal, i still think a fight with Forrest would be good for him.
The one thing about Judah is he is marketable and is still one of the most discussed fighters on this forum so i guess the interest is there.

This got nothing to do with Judah deserving it or not...
Like everyone else said Judahs name will be recognized and he is beatable...

You could also ask whenever a champion is fighting a bum in a voluntary defense why
    this bum deserves a titleshot...

DLH and Arum are getting along OK nowadays, both Pac-MAB II and Cotto-Mosley were co-promoted by Arum and DLH.

Arum and the Golden Girl, er, boy, have patched up their differences it seems, based on the entire promotion of Cotto-Mosley.
