*I would love Taylor to beat Pavlik and make a trilogy but Pavlik is too damn busy and now has the mental edge on Jermaine. I don't see Taylor making it out of this fight on his feet.

I like your comparison between Mayweather and Hamed, though they aren't really in the same league in terms of legacy, but I think if Mayweather were to lose then he's going to retire and not come back this time.

It was on HBO after the fight. He said something to the effect of boxing a little like Willie Pep. I would not make that up as I am a huge Hatton fan (the only live fight I flew to see Hatton in Sin City). He was probably just kidding around...
