The biggest jumps in stock in my mind were

    Nonito Donaire
    Kelly Pavlik
    Miguel Cotto
    David Haye

It would have to be Cotto....there were a lot of unanswered questions about him and exactly how would he fair in the top level on a continuous basis....but in the last yr and a half he beat Malinaggi, Quintana, Judah and Mosley.....He continues to improve his level of comp....and continues to raise his game......he has pretty much turned all questions of "Can he be as good against a fighter of so-and-so's caliber" to the point where he is becomeing the man to beat.....

I go with Doniare second, Pavlik third,

I did mine based on respect/popularity growth and what they did in the ring..

    1. Pavlik...... 3 career altering T/KO's against 3 highly respected fighters... he hit all 3 of them(miranda, taylor, zertuche) so hard that it was reasonable for any of them to retire after fighting him, and two of them are in their 20's.... he possibly knocked all of them out of their prime in 45 mins or less.. absolutely devastating power for 160....

    2. Baby Bull Diaz... won 2 unified championship fights convincingly

    3. Calzaghe.... blew out manfredo... broke down kessler... no broke hands

    4. Cotto.... solidified his "the next great out of Puerto Rico" status

    5. Mayweather.... went from a great from our time to a great of all time

    6. Hatton... in his two fights this year against urango and castillo hatton only lost one round combined...and blew out castillo..

    7. Klitschko.. hasnt lost a round this year... two blow out KO's against Austin and at the time seemed like one of his biggest threats Brewster.

    8. Haye... fulfilled his potential... beat the man of his division

    9. Pauli M.... went from just another Cotto victim to a respected, slick boxing champion.. in his two fights of the year (N'dou E. Cherry) he only lost 2 rounds combined

    10. P. Williams... he only fought once but won a title and alot of people think he has the best chance matching up to the P4P #1 Floyd May...... he started the year a contender..

Stellar. CC have number 45 on me. Pavlik all the way. Now Hatton could flirt with it if he beats
Mayweather by stoppage , and stoppage only.

    Pavlik.

Before the Edison Miranda fight, there were still people who didn't know who he was and he was fighting a WBC Middleweight Title Eliminator. You would think by the time someone is one step away from challenging for a title they would be a little more well known.

First response would be guys like Pavlik and Dawson. Most people had hardly heard of these guys a year ago, now they're mentioned as future stars.

Within the top level, I'd say Cotto has moved the most. We already knew a year ago that he was a top prospect, now he's probably somewhere between 5-7 on the PFP list.

Pavlik by a mile. Most of us had not even heard of him before this year, now we all talk about him non stop. There's probably been more Pavlik threads made this year than in all his previous years as a pro combined.

    Honourable mentions to:

    Cotto
    Diaz
    Mayweather
Haye,Guzman,Calzaghe are notable ones too. Oh and Micks boy BCD and my boy Linares!
