    I can not agree with u more. I sometimes forget to put some things that I, and I'm sure many others consider to be common knowledge (good diet, etc...) but are in fact very important.

    Unless you are just fat, that is a lot of weight to be dropping. There is a chance you could lose some power, but keep lifting weights and punching the heavy bag.
