Ali was the worst showboater I can recall. And he lost how many fights? 5?![]()

Ali showboated impeccably early, but as you stated it was very psychological and furthermore he often he adjusted his position in the ring whilst showboating.
Sugar Ray Robinson's entire career was a flamboyant display of superiority of movement in comparison to his crude in comparison opposition so he ranks highly...

But you have a point about B-hop,you can see in his fights how he's in the other guys head, beating him from the inside out.
I used to like it when Mi vida loca showboated..
The throwing his arm in the air and circling his glove above his head..Lol That was the coolest
Immortal Technique
Roy jones is by far the biggest showboat in my eyes, but he is classy with it, the behind the back K.o, the rooster impression on Toney, his take on the Ali shuffle, winding up his right hands, the list gos on but he learned these tricks from the great show boaters of the past and put his own take on them.
Has to be Naz,check out his fights wit badillo, robinson, tom johnson, most of his early fights...the guy was the ultimate showboat...legend
That's good....Beating him from the inside out.Well put. CC on that one Trainer M. Ive concluded last few years that Hopkins really enjoys the "art" of systematically breaking you down mentally, then beating you up Physically.Originally Posted by Trainer Monkey

That wasn't hardcore showboating, and that was a warm up fight.Originally Posted by BoomBoom

He was the first wrestler to do it, and he was the guy that a young Cassius Clay copied in order to sell more fight tickets. Clay was the first boxer to ever do it ..... thus Gorgeous George is the father of all modern sports showboating and deserves some credit?
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?
When a fighter makes football picks in the middle of a round, thats showboating and disrespecting the opponent at the same time. The Ali shuffle or putting your hands behind your back is just showboating.Originally Posted by Taeth
