For me, it just illustrates the money hungry side of boxing. Just as irrrelevant as De la Hoya Hatton. Only difference Ricky's chances of winning are greatly increased for similar money.

Totally agree, well said,CC. If it was a non-Hatton fan saying that, they would have been deemed a hater,so I'm glad it came from you.

Agapito Sanchez gave Pacquiao hell and Pacquiao looked like he wanted to quit with the rough dirty style of fighting. But what is he going to do when he is in there with a man much bigger and stronger than he is

    Maybe a little harsh Bilbo

Would it really do much for his legacy, beating a 130 pounder who had just moved up to 135. Even if he's grown into the weight, which him weighing 144 fightnight shows, those who want to bash Hatton will simply say that he beat a guy who started his career at 108 pounds.

    Imagine If Hatton lost
    Pac fans would be unbearable.
Anti-Ricky guys would go into diabetic-like comas and VD would most likely blow the load.

    Great match-up for Ricky.

Hatton would batter him to fuck in 2 rounds.

I rekon if it was going to happen in Nov, there would have been something said about it in England. Hatton has mentioned the name Manny Pac once. So it seems a bit odd really, I think its a bit too much for the Pac man. He should stay where he is and fight and beat JMM,Guzman and co.

thats my bwoy, he fights anybody all them hater that said pac ducks fighters were quick to put to silent. This isn't even a big suprise though. There was already talks of pac fighting oscar as oscars last fight on september 2008.

Funny the remaining hopeless pac oppenents are already getting look past by goldenboy and top rank. They are already setting pac up with a huge mega fight at the end of 2008.

Say what ever them doubters want to say but pac is gonna finish off jmm then take either david or juan maybe even boths title then move up again to fight hatton or oscar.

This could mean pac is going to face winner of hatton vs oscar.

Pac is already a legend but this is really pushing it even if he loses, he'll gone up about 10 division by the time he retires. who has done that? from 106 to 140? maybe even more shyt that is crazy.

Pac undisputed p4p king by the end of 2008!!!!!!!

Legend in the making and still writing itself.

I don't see why they're even proposing this yet as Ricky must face someone at Light Welter first (Witter/Paulie) and Pac must hope to win against JMM and someone at Light Weight....Thats a big ask

it would actually be a lose lose or yet a win win for v.d, cause he'll be able to talk trash about hatton fans and pac fans whom ever lose. he ain't a fan of either one ya know

I wish the David was replaced with Juan but I don't know, thoughts?

    Mouth watering.

Love to see Pac beat JMM, Diaz and Ricky beat Junior Witter and then both of them going at it for a shot at Juan.

pac beat sanhez pretty bad, he just kept trying to get even by being dirty as hell. pac should of won that fight, and pac did not want to quit. your exagerrating another fact about pac. he got off the canvas from a dozen low blows and was piss as fwock. what do you know about balls ice, even when a dirty bastard kept hitting you there you get up to whoop him. pac should of won that fight it shouldn't have been a draw.

what are you talking about ice, pac often fights guys bigger then him. look how many times he moves up and goes straight to the best and biggest in that new division. i remember your one of the guys that use to say eric was too big/tall and pac was not going to carry his power or speed any further. i know 140 is prolly a lot different but your really showing your age with your pac posts. silly

Man if Pac{who is great, no doubt} moved up and beat Hatton, THAT would ruin Ricky mentally. He would retire after that. Would be a frenzied fight, but I still as of now would have to pick Hatton to win.
I think Mayweather has already ruined Hatton mentally. And I don't see Pacquiao beating Marquez. So Pacquiao-Hatton won't happen
