well ive been out of work for a couple of months and as you can imagin im doin more sleepin than most so that doesnt help..
but at the moment i will wake up have a bacon butty at about 2pm, then a light meal around 5pm ie microwave spaggeti Bol, then around 8 have a cooked meal by my mum but only a small portian again. Plus there will b a few snacks thrown in there at some point.
Think my problem is when it comes to weekends, im out on the piss for a couple of days and just not eating at all.. that must be where my problem is..
