No one is afraid of Cotto, he just hasn't built himself up enough yet to deserve a Mega Fight. I doubt Floyd will fight Oscar again although I think it can still generate huge interest. Also Oscar will KO a much smaller Cotto and Floyd would shut him out.

Sturm again another close fight but the championship rounds I had to give to Oscar from combinations so did many.John John Molina I have to ask did you think Oscar lost because the only people I heard was Harold Lederman and you mention it so far.
You must be nuts if you think Whitaker vs ODLH wasn't close. Whitaker out landed ODLH by 60+ punches if i remember right. ODLH was missing with all his flurries and Whitaker made him look foolish for most of the fight. Whitaker wasn't very offensive but neither was ODLH. I can understand if anyone has ODLH winning the fight by 1 or 2 points. But to say it wasn't close at all is ridiculous IMO.

Quartey vs ODLH was quite an easy fight to score, the rounds were pretty much clear cut on who won them. I think ODLH lost that fight by 1 point his final stand in the 12th wasn't enough IMO.

Sturm beat ODLH clearly you can't even make an argument that ODLH won that one. Sturm hit ODLH with the jab all night and clearly won by 3 or 2 rounds. I have never even seen 1 person who could even make an argument for ODLH that he won that fight. That was clear cut daylight robbery no question.

I had no problem with ODLH getting the decision against Molina, but the scorecards were ridiculous and too wide. It was a close fight that i had ODLH edging but not by much.

Apparently that is a sh!t site, considering it's a flat out lie. The mere fact that espn, fightnews, and every single legitamate media outlet in the world have nothing on this kind of suggests whatever article you read was a waste of time.

I don't know how many in the forum really wanted to watch De La Hoya and Floyd's rematch, but probably most of the people who preferred other fight will still watch it, as I will do because we love the sport. However, I really wanted to see Cotto vs. De La Hoya fight.

My opinion is that Cotto would win this fight in the late rounds helped with his body attack, but should be careful of not getting dizzy early with a clean shot of De La Hoya. If Cotto won this fight, then the fight with Floyd had to come. These are fights that I would really love to watch. However, it looks that it will take more time than I wished (if the fights ever happen).

Why is it a crap site? It's actually one of the best and more reliable ones out there,it's just here at Saddos',I guess we were growing too big and they didnt want us stealing their thunder by posting the links. The article has quotes from top guys at GoldenBoy so I don't think it's waste of time.

The only reason i can see these two fighting again is if it will well and truly make them the most money.

Secondly maybe they thought their first fight was not very exciting so they are go to have more of a slugfest this time around. Yeah right

As for ducking Cotto, no chance.

I personally think PBF should be taken out of the equation at 147 and let the rest battle it out. At this moment in time they are all calling out PBF instead of fighting each other.

For the record I still think PBF should fight Cotto but it seems he has made his mind up not to for the meantime, hence why I say the 147'ers should just fight each other and forget PNF for now.

Cotto and Floyd avoiding Tall Paul should be the subject.

I don't understand the people that say Cotto has to "earn" a megafight or isn't a big enough name yet? You all must truly be PBF or ODLH nut huggers. I think anyone that has beaten Mosely and can sell out Madison Square Garden and has a HUGE PR' fanbase should be able to fight the biggest names out there.

I don't think they're avoiding Cotto as much as they just want to make the biggest money. I just hope noone pays for it. I, like a dumba$$, paid for the first crap fight. That patty cake comment is the truth and is freakin' hilarious. I'm not getting rooked into paying for Oscar Floyd 2.

How about Cotto fight someone like Williams Cintron Margarito or Quartey instead of relying on one huge name to make his legacy

I think he's going to be forced to do just that. Make his legacy by fighting William, Margarito and Cintron. Mega fights sure are sweet though if you can land one. I think he will make decent money with Margarito. I'll bet that fight will happen next. I heard something about him fight Clottey first and then margarito. Both fights are good.
