I might watch the fight, but I am definitely not paying for it. I have decided not to put more money in the de la Hoya enrichment fund or the Mayweather retiement fund (unless he fights Cotto, of course).

Absolutely not. If they want to hold a glorified exhibition match fine, but I won't be paying 60 bucks to watch it.

I think there is more competition between Oscar vs Floyd II (first fight was a split desicion that could have gone either way. Far from the utter dominance and destruction many expected) than a one-sided dominance against a robot-like Cotto who will be getting punches from all angles for an easy desicion for Floyd or maybe even a KO.
