I think Pavlik KO's him again but takes a little longer in doing so. 10th round KO I say.

Not sure that i see your point with the silly rematch comment. That seems kinda ignorant. That was a great fight. I have JT outboxing him to a deciscion in this one with the possibility of a late KO.

The thing is,that was JT at his best,I mean he looked better than he ever did v Wright and B Hop,had Kelly hurt and STILL could not win. I chose Kelly to win the first time and I'll do so again,he's a mssive MW,and the extra 6 pounds are going to help him more than JT. Kelly via late stoppage. Don't forget,Kelly's jab and right hand were landing at will,I mean people were and stilla re talking about JT out boxing him but I thought Kelly did awesomly well, even in the "boxing" contest.Pavlik all the way!

Before the last fight I told a friend to watch the fight. He's a guy that's been in boxing for years and had seen neither boxer before.

Last week I asked who he thought would clinch the rematch and I was surprised to hear in response "Taylor, definitly Taylor."
    I don't know why, but I'm agreeing.

I hope JT does do it and regains some dignity.

It wouldn't because Calzaghe will be staying at Light Heavyweight if he beats Hopkins. Then his final fight will be against Jones and i don't see Pavlik moving up to Light Heavyweight.
He has the power to carry him easily in to 175. I see him retiring at that weight in 6-7 years.

My prediction is KO for Pavlik making him 33-0-30 ko's. Taylor should not have taken a rematch or even
considered that in his clause. Pavliks last three fights in the fashion they finished in such a demoralizing way was enough to retire a fighter who isn't mentally strong. Pavlik shouldn't be called the Ghost any more. He should be called the humble maker. He humbles his opponents.

This fight will be close to the first one, except the Pavlik knock down. They will come out throwing, each fighter will win a couple rounds, each will take some good clean shots then "BAM" in round 6, Taylor will get KOd again.

That was the first time that Pavlik was ever REALLY troubled in his entire pro career.

Pavlik aint stupid...but that was a stupid move there that he pulled. Watch the round again. Taylor clipped him & Pavlik stopped & started mouthing & let him hit him again...& Taylor did & HOW!!!

Thing thing is...Pavlik's got one hell of a chin & Taylor doesn't.

You have to stop & think of this...Miranda is one of the hardest hitters of current date right now in the buck sixty/buck sixty eight range...Pavlik took every shot that Miranda hammered home & just bulled on through it.

He fought hard & he fougth smart in that fight. After Taylor battered him around for the second round...Pavlik worked it out & Taylor really never got back on the board.

I've been riding Pav's jock for a long time...& I honestly can say that I really didn't believe that he would beat Taylor...but then again...I've followed Taylor for the duration of his career...& Taylor now...to Taylor of old are two horses on two different paths.

Pavlik is gonna spank him. Wait & see...Jermain's probably going to still be on unfocused street & that equates to a dry stump breaking...I just want Kelly to move back to 160lbs & become our definitive middleweight champion...we've been without one for going on three years now. Three years of hand me down decisions against smaller men who should have come out on top.

I do not think Taylor has a weak chin at all. He took all Pavlik could dish out for multiple rounds until he got gassed. I think his chin is as good as Pavlik's. The difference is Pavlik got knocked around in the 2nd round when he still had reserves in the tank, while Taylor got sapped out over the long haul.

I think Pavlik is a breath of fresh air, but I still believe he is on borrowed time. His fighting style has short but sweet written all over it. He is going to lose within his next 4 or 5 fights unless he alters his style somewhat. Taylor tested him more than anyone in their last encounter, and he is definitely going to come out fighting in this one, big time. That loss may be just what he needed to get his head on straight again.

Yep. You hear a lot about Taylor's great jab but against Pavlik he couldn't set anything else up with it nor could he keep Pavlik at a distance. Pavlik just blocked it or went around it or through it and fed Taylor right hands all night.

Taylor could probably win this fight if he boxed like Corey Spinks did against him -- run around in circles and commit only to counterpunching. But I don't think he has the skills or the mentality for it. If Taylor isn't putting the pressure on, Pavlik will still be throwing 80+ punches a round, and a lot of them are going to land. If Taylor comes out like a wildman again, he'll have a chance to land a lucky shot, but more likely he'll again be gassed by the middle of the fight and end up counted out.
