Stange huh? He wants an easier fight? Might have something to do with Ricky coming off his first loss by KO againsed the P4P best in the world. Could be wrong

I don't see why there's so much hate. Lazcano is half decent.

He obviously aint guna go into a fight with Witter after a KO loss so that was out of the picture.

Paulie fought his way out of the fight with how he performed against Ndodgigumdrops

    D-Hop is fighting Witter

Torres has a date i think....not sure who with.

Gavin Rees is erm.....Gavin Rees & he's fighting Kotelnik

So really it doesn't leave much. He'l get eaten at welterweight because of his lack of size.

So i don't see how anyone can complain about Lazcano as a comeback fight.

And regardless of what anyone says....Witter is in his plans, because realistically Witter is the only feasable fight where he can make big money again. It's just that it needs to brew a little longer.

Ono is correct, the big fights with Witter, Paulie and Torres will happen eventually because there is nobody else, until Juan Diaz moves up (perhaps Pacquaio too0

This is a massive step down IMO...

maybe he needs an easy fight but i really cant see why? he was beaten by the P4P king no shame in that.. is his confidence really that shot

Why has Witter become such a threat all of a sudden

the sad thing is if the fans keep defending these matchups and ricky is making money then... dont expect to see the witter fight anytime soon if at all

I really hope this doesnt backfire on Ricky because Naz done the self same thing after his lose and the fans didnt swallow it... watch this space

Oh cool, Tae Kwon do is one of the most awesome sports to watch when it's done full contact. Never seen Kug Fu full Contact.

After he takes care of Lazano he needs to be straight back in the gym and be fighting either Witter or Paulie as soon as possible so he doesnt pile on the pounds.

He will be after this fight.
Not because he wants it now, but because it's a necessity. His legacy, fortune, everything he had planned is at risk now because of limited time.

This is apparently not set in stone. It has the same chance of being Ricardo Torres or Kendall Holt. Ricky wants to get Torres out to Manchester. Win a light-welter title and move on to cleaning up the division.
