Anyone care to jump in? i live in hotels from business travels. the outside looks good but I want to make sure my insides are as good... I now have low energy levels for work for the 1st time in my life and It is freaking me out. (Sex drive is still insane, whew !)

Just go with oatmeal then... I assume most hotels will have a freezer, buy some frozen berries or fruit, egg whites or bring some protein powder with you, whatever works. Just shop smartly, or pack what you'll need for breakfast and bring it with you.. A bag of oats, tub of whey, whatever you have space for, and just buy the rest in small amounts when your there.

While your in the health store pick up some Aztec grain ,'Amaranth'.
IT has all the natural minerals etc you need. A sprinkle over your normal cereal.

For amazing energy try ginseng, the Chinese know what they are doing .

Cut up a mixture of raw fruits and pour cocnut scrapings, mixed nuts and yogurt over it is always fun way to start.

Those barley grass pills keep you going wen you dont want to stop for a meal or want to trim down. They are full of life force energy.

Cooking dried apricots and other dried fruits into your porridge is fun, so is a big spoon full of rasberry jam just to break the mononenty.

I just realised 'P4pKing' could also be read as " pay for parking"

Ginseng does certainly seem to give you more energy, also seems to wake you up... but that could be from it's nasty taste. Still it is great way to start your day. Just bought my fish oil today so any other recommendations for good supplements? I was thinking of getting BCAA tablets until i realised they are stupidly priced, although they did only have muscletech stocked in the store which could be the reason.
