    Well Klistchko the heavyweight champ IBF/WBO/IBO with a record of 50-3-44KO will defend his world title against WBO mandatory challenger Tony Thompson the heavyweight champ of WBO , the fight will take place in Germany in July , the 6`5`` Thompson is currently the Top American hope in the heavyweight Div. with a record of 31-1-19KO and the winner of both will have a mandatory due around the end of the Year against IBF Alexander Povetkin with a record of 15-0-11KO......Hey guys i really rooting to our American Heavyweight.......interesting fight......

    Nice, I've liked Thompson for a while. Good to see him get a shot. At least he's not 4 or 5 inches shorter than Wlad like most guys trying in vain to get inside, getting beat up on the way in only to get tied up.

    I wonder what kind of deal was worked out between the two sanctioning bodies. Thompson wasn't the number 1 fighter for the IBF. I'm just glad to finally see Thompson in action.

    I have a soft spot for local fighters and depsite the fact that I live in the Baltimore area I consider D.C. and it's fighters local.

    Still, I do not see this being "the moment" for Thompson. What I do forsee is an 8th round TKO for Wlad.

    I'm very glad to hear that. Thompson deserves his shot, and it's one of the riskiest fights out there for Wlad. I favor Wlad to win, but this could be his toughest fight in quite some time. I give Wlad plenty of credit for taking this fight. Good news.
