Many of my favorites are already mentioned in this thread (Bad Intentions, The Bodysnatcher, Lights Out, Second to Nunn, Sugar Ray, Iron Mike, Real Deal Holyfield), so I'll only add Mano de Piedra/Hands of Stone.
