Yea, I should state that our club is designated a non-profit organization. I believe that gives it tax breaks. Also will help it with grants. People are not allowed to make a profit from it, but they can pay themselves a salary for their work.

My gym costs $75/month. This includes all lessons and training. Some gyms charge less monthly, but they make you pay for private lessons or semi-private lessons. You can also take classes on the Muay Thai side of the gym and one night per week there is a Brazilian J-J class.
