I also don't know why people tend to bash the first fight...I mean in the end it was a quite entertaining fight...

I guess it's not exciting for some unless one or both fighters leave in a bloody pulp.

This is one guy who's not getting his money taken so I can watch a repeat of the 1st fight; actually Floyd will probably look better this time around.

My pennies will stay in my piggy bank until it is time to extract them to invest in a Cotto/Mayweather fight. I am so done paying to watch Oscar fight.

I thought the first match was quite a nice tactical matchup.

You never expected to see a Gatti-Ward-esque battle did you?

Yea but its also not exciting when there is just boring pot shotting the whole match. The few few exchanges where De la Hoya went in and threw something were very exciting, but the 5 or so times that happened didnt really make the match worth watching.

Floyd wasn't throwing any nice comboes or even doing any flashy defence , just a total nothing fight imo.

You shouldn't be thinking 'this fight looks like it is just getting started' when a fight is in the 12th round.

I know tell me about it Here you got Mayweather giving up a stone on One of the guys who given a chance will take your fucking head off.

Yeah it was a snore feast cos he wouldn't go toe to toe makes good sense.

IMO oscar took that fight i had him up by one point up. He has the tools to take it next time and im gonna be putting a decent bet on it.

No I didn't, that thought never crossed my mind. Neither did it cross my mind Oscar would jump on Floyd against the ropes and girl slap him in the back while Floyd was laughing Though it must be hard to look good fighting Floyd

I say I won't pay for it, but I probably will Hopefully they will have a good undercard; that will be a big reason I get the fight or not.

    Man slap Legion.
    Oscar man slapped Floyd.

Don't be fooled by those pictures, it was definitely a man slap.

It was very boring though you expected so much more like high speed chess but what we got was an actual chess game with both men protecting their king's. De La Hoya pressing early and Mayweather pot shotting, and constantly moving backwards to counter. On that night I think it was very exciting but to see it the next day it was boring. Then again it was Mayweather talking it up like he could knock out King Kong.Face it we got sucked in by Mayweather's mouth and what he was saying he was going to do to Oscar and when all said and done he escaped with a hairline desicion.

I don't have anything to say that is positive at all so I am going to leave this post, but obviously I sad clicked Taeth.

Yes my Audley comment was a bit extreme, but it was more for effect and not to be taken literally.....

Well I am glad everyone is defending ODLH, I bet he is laughing all the way to the bank. How many times do you have to get fooled before you realize who is fooling you??

Yeah Floyd always talks big about how he is gonna destroy the other guy but we know it is his intention to employ a safety first tactic and steal a decision .

No doubt he will talk of knocking out Oscar this time but he knows if he counters, defends well and use his speed he can win it on points . He wont try to open up on Oscar at any point . He got a K.O last time cuz the smaller man was charging forward with no defence.

It will be another interesting fight . No classic but Floyds superior fitness and speed give him a slight edge . I think it may be worth risking a tenner on Oscar though if the odds are good.

NIght of the jab? Would you enjoy a fight with one boxer just jabbing his way to victory?

What I don't like on this rematch is Oscar trying to monopolize PBF. Why don't Oscar give chance to the winner of Cotto/Margarito to face PBF instead? Ohh I understand that both these boxers were from his competing promotions company Top Rank. Then why not give this chance to Mosley? Shane is already old and he has done a lot to boxing and a PBF fight is a good reward for him at this stage of his career. Many also think Shane can give Floyd a tough fight...

I hope Oscar can give other deserving boxers their crack on PBF before he can have his 2nd chance...

Cotto is a great fighter, but so is Oscar.
I was with you untill the comment about PBF fighting cotto. I would much rather see PBF fight cotto.
