Can't say De Leon didnt try..... he had noodle legs just walked right into the short right hook. I didnt see the full wardance, that must have been his problem....no really Juanma is a nice boxer. He didnt really get tested too much, but showed some great skill.

I really want say that in this time right now , nobody cant defeat Juanma in this Div....122 pnd.........
He really looked very very tremendous and devastator in that fight ......
I think that PDL underestimated the Juanmas Power , that was his real mistake in that fight , but showed the real warrior that is , he to me still a real Champion ............

underestimated is right. good performance by lopez. he'd be favored in a rematch but i don't think it would end that quickly. dpdl would still have a puncher's chance.

First off Deleon is overrated, big deal he knocked out a bunch of no bodies. Eduardo Escobedo gave him all he can handle. Juanma is the real deal and it was a GREAT WIN!! His TRUE test comes when he faces Marquez or Vasquez. That will be one heck of a fight!!!!!!!!!!

first off by saying De Leon was overrated you know you're discrediting Juanma's victory to a certain point right? IMO it was a great win, cause it was against a VERy GOOD opponant and he did it in such devastating fashion, i thought De Leoon was gonna put too much pressure on him and break him down, but Lopez showed poise and patience and well impressed me a lot, i think he might be ready to be in the mix with Linares, Mijares, Montiel, Vazquez, and R. Marquez
