Either Marquez still has a little left or Lorenzo is a little overrated. I say the latter. Not liking the way Lorenzo is fighting at all

Round 6: Marquez ripping wide with hooks early, Lorenzo tries to answer but is immediately hit with a right hook once opening up. Lorenzo battles back gamely, swinging with hooks. Marquez now throwing a good jab, Lorenzo really not punching that much. As I type that a pair of lead rights land for Lorenzo off the ropes. The jab of Marquez though is really making life difficult for Lorenzo as there aren't those openings to counter anymore. Marquez just continues to move forward, a lot of that lateral action from Lorenzo has turned to just straight backward movement. They trade straights at the bell, Marquez seemed to land a little cleaner. Another Marquez round the tide has really shifted.

Lorenzo's left eye looking a bit welted...abit.Maybe premature but he should forget about wanting a Pavlik fight right now.......and also later if he can not lay it on consistently vs face first Marquez

Round 7: Lorenzo out moving and jabbing early, a good counter right fights off a forward pressing attack of Marquez. A better first minute for Lorenzo here, but again he's waiting for openings to much instead of just creating them with punches. Marquez not jabbing his way forward though. This round has been off the ropes for the most part, that's definitely to the advantage of Lorenzo. Another good counter right from Lorenzo, his punches are really loud. They clinch after and Marquez is warned for about the third time in the fight, not sure why. That was a good round for Lorenzo, not great output but he didn't allow any high spots for Marquez.

I got Marquez pulling ahead in this fight. I think Marquez should consider moving down to 154. I think he can be champion there.

This Lorenzo seems vastly overrated.

Round 8: Marquez is cut up, one under and over his right eye I believe. They trade inside to begin on the inside, Lorenzo, landed a good to the gut while Marquez moved out. Still, on the inside it's all Marquez. Now it gets back to the center of the ring. A straight left scores big for Lorenzo and then he follows seconds later with another jab and straight left hand. When either guy uses the jab it's effective. A right hand off the ropes snaps the head of Marquez. Marquez just keeps coming forward and even answers witha left hand of his own that seems to have shaken Lorenzo. Lorenzo ties up all the way to the bell. Good back and forth round.

Lorenzo hasnt taken a step forward all fight..getting bullied by a much smaller man.

I would like to see Marquez take this and think he will definitely get the benefit when it goes to the cards.

Marquez has granite in his frigging head....lorenzo does a 'possum" head feint and lands huge right off ropes,Marquez walks through.Marquez knows how to use that head also
