I am great fan of both, specially of Erick (who is seems to be eating very well ). I hope they stay retired and enjoy with their families the earned money and time.

"EARNED" was the perfect word to describe their fame and fortune

You know, I always regretted that we never got to see Morales vs. Hamed.

Looking at those pics, I think it's realistic that a Morales vs. Hamed showdown can finally happen.... in a pie-eating contest.

I think this is a set up for Barrera v Morales IV.

A good photo. As much as I love watching these two fighters I wouldnt actually want to see a fourth fight. They've probably banked wisely and I would hope that they will just enjoy their retirements now.

this two might yet surprise you with a good comeback performance, as long as it's not against pacquiao.

that pic seriously sturs up some emotions when i look at it.

To think of the pain they both put eachother through and the legendary status their fights have that`ll last for generations.

I was always a big morales fan and loved the way he lived up to the whole "bad guy" rep. was desperately disapointed after the 2nd and 3rd fights.

But i also realised in the grander scheme of things it had cemented his legacy within the sport and made him an all time great.

Barrera got royally screwed over in the 1st fight and morales get the sympathy vote on account of him being a HBO boy.

Second fight was just too close to score either way and deserved a dead even draw

I had barrera winning the 3rd by a couple of rounds.
    one dangerous horrible bloke

I thought that as you say Barrera was screwed in the first fight. But I had Morales just winning the second and Barrera got the decision so that evened itself up and in the final fight I think that Morales was showing that he was more battle scarred from the previous 2 than Barrera and Barrera took a close but clear win.

Both fights were controversial but no matter who won what fight i think they had it right at 1-1, then with Barrera clearly winning the 3rd fight by a few points making it 2-1 was fair IMO. And to be honest i thought Moares vs Barrera 1 was a draw last time i see it with the knockdown which was BS, because that wasn't a knockdown and had it not been scored i would of had Morales winning surely i can't be the only one that thinks that way ??

I agree with the decisions accept for the 1st fight

2-1 to Barrera is justice I suppose. Great fights . Gatti - Ward doesnt compare IMO.

Gatti vs Ward I was amazing but the next two were a bit one-sided. It was pretty obvious Gatti was winning those..
