It wasn't really blind nationalism, though I was hoping Molitor (along with Bute) could contribute to a resurgence in Canadian boxing, I just really thought Molitor had elite skills. He still might in terms of movement and speed, he just doesn't have a chin, accurate punching or any power.
I still think Hatton - Juan Diaz would be a great fight. So would Kessler - Bute.
