I coud be wrong but I think the first Ali-Frazier fight was know and promoted as "the Fight".

I recall seeing the posters with superfight as the title.

The subsequent Ali-Frazier fights were also entitled Superfight II and III, with the third being dubbed Ali's title, "the thrilla in manilla."
I think its prety common to have several titles for one fight.
Cotto vs. Judah was dubbed "the fast and the furious" as was Hatton vs. Mayweather by some broadcasting it via internet.
