I wish Pavlik would shut the F U C K up and take his defeat like a man. He didn't take his medicine and that's why he got beat ? Yeah right. It's always funny that it's always the fight where they get beat is where something goes wrong, the other 30 odd other fights he had everything went perfect. Remember Muhammad Ali fought 15 rounds with a broken jaw against a peak Ken Norton and only just lost split decision to him.

I think some times white fighters believe there own hype too much, they get over-hyped same with Hatton they think they are untouchable and can't believe that anyone could beat them so comprehensively. Now he pathetically says because Hopkins got beat by Taylor twice, he ain't a better fighter than him coz he beat Taylor twice. I mean cmon, Taylor does not have Hopkins defensives skills, chin or ring craft, so Taylor was made for pavlik, Pavlik does not have Taylor’s athleticism, hand speed and footwork so it was always gonna be hard night for Hopkins. End of the day, it's not like Pavlik took beating or that he was destroyed, I liken it to Hamed Barrera fight, he just got beaten by a guy who would beat him every time they fought.

I know the real problem ...pavlik got his ass whoooped it's a flu type bug common in boxing, causes all kinds of hallucinations, he'll be fine tarver still has it too.

He got beat by an old guy that had way to much speed for him. Pavlik was slower than molasses. That's why he got beat. He was moving in slow motion compared to hopkins. Whatever punches pavlik did throw, hopkins could see them telegraphed from a mile away and then either move or counter with hard shots.
