Really? I thought 15 quid to watch cocky Khan get knocked the fuck out in under a minute presented fantastic value for money

(No I didn't buy it lol)
    agreed

Best £15 i spent this year

We dont buy HBO PPVs in britain and 9 times out of 10 get them for free, but a few notable sky box office conjobs include....

Naseem Hameds comeback fight - horrible just horrible

Lennox Lewis-Andrew Golota - Golota was always only gonna get a round or two in.

Mike Tyson-Lou Saverese - whoever thought up this mismatch deserves shooting
    one dangerous horrible bloke

I'd drop this one from the list, because Gatti-Ruelas was on the undercard, and that won Fight of the Year.

Agreed altho ironically it ended up being money well spent purely because of Frank Warren's face after the 'fight'

This idea popped in my head when I created the thread on about Cotto-Jennings and Pavlik-Rubio

Next would have to be EVERY SINGLE JCC Jr fight.

Gatti-Mayweather - definately not PPV worthy, and I am #1 Gatti fan! (still bought it)
Without wishing to slag you off, fans like you are the reason promoters think they can pull the wool over our eyes . If people continue to buy shite, then we will constantly offered it. I refuse to buy any PPV. People pay for cable/satellite services and all events should be included in my opinion.
I don't think they are going to offer this stuff on basic cable, satelitte, etc. in the future. And furthermore, mon amie, I would not want it to!

I would hate for big boxing events to end up like the damn Super Bowl! All chock full of commercials! Hell no. I want to see recaps on the fighter's careers; I want to hear commentary; I want ring entrances; I want all the angles; I want to see the Souza fixing Gatti swollen left eye.

I am American. I want a Big Mac too!

I pay for cable internet and I watch just about every PPV, but not one time have I paid for it other then my regular internet bill, yea it's always a live stream and the quality is not hdtv, I watched manny beat Oscar last week and watched the re-broadcast yesterday. I seen the same thing I did on live stream, a PPV that was not worth 10% of the actual cost. You can keep throwing your money at all these garbage pay per views or you can do what I do, find a stream and watch it for free. I grew up watching boxing on free tv, that's what made me a boxing fan and all the fights on ppv are one of the reasons for the downfall of boxing. Their used to be a whole gang of us watching the fights on a Saturday afternoon. Now I don't have one friend interested in boxing. Regular Tv is what brought the boxers into your living room every weekend and the best were known by everyone. It sure isn't like that anymore.

sorry to ramble, I can't name the worst ppv but there have been a lot of them.
