Default did anyone see this vid of Roger Mayweather predicting The Shane Victory..

This is good..."throwback fighter"....exactly what I think of SSM...and also the reason why Roger might be keeping PBF away from Shane....Makes no sense that he knew Shane could beat margarito and not put put floyd in there first to steal the glory of beating the unstoppable Tony. Perhaps he knows Shane possesses something that Floyd doesn't.

Just a theory. I mean floyd and Shane are the same height, speed, and skill level, but shane has more power. Doesn't make sense to me.

    Can you change your name?

Anyways, Shane is an inch taller if not more, Mayweather has an inch longer arms, They both have really good handspeed, but MOsley can throw combinations, but Mayweather has way better defensive skills, and he has a much better jab and cross than Mosley, just better individual punches in general. Shane has to be more durable obviously hits harder, throws punches together, but Floyd moves so much more fluidly. Floyd is a natural in the ring, Mosley is a guy who needs to work at it in the ring, thats why Floyd is so graceful. IMO you have to be tall and a good boxer, or move well and counter punch effectively, there because Mosley fights a little choppy there are spots if you time him exceptionally well to hit him. That why Cotto could land at will on Mosley with his left hook, with his jab, with his cross. The reason why Pacquiao IMO is more dangerous is he has all that speed, he might not have the most power in the world anymore at WW, but he still has that sneaky power that hurt you, but more importantly he will hit you at odd times when your not expecting, you will think his attack is over only to have him land an awkward, hard punch. Mosley doesn't do that, if you are fast enough he is a perfectly conventional fighter, and Mayweather will see everything coming, either keep his distance to limit Mosley's combinations and tie Shane up on the inside, or he block Mosley's punches of his elbows and arms, and counter effectively once he learns Mosley's rhythm, and Mosley has very set rhythm that he doesn't change up a whole lot. Thats why he had such big problems with Wright and Forrest, he can't adapt well in the fight. While Floyd is great at adapting in the fight. I am not saying Floyd wins for sure, Mosley is too good for that shit, but I think he wins a competitive fight more often than not.

change my name? why? and shane gets hit more because he's willing to trade. when shane chooses to avoid punches to land he does....people cant conceive floyd losing because he hasnt lost. but all fighters where there at one point. floyd retired to protect his record plain and simple.

Too much defense for Mosley to handle. Many have tried to break that shell, all have failed, and Mosley will too. He is strong but not an ox like many are making him sound like. He has no special attribute to break that shell. He won't and can't. And Mayweather will be sitting in his shell counterpunching all night long as Shane desperately tries to get in. I can't see Shane winning. Especially if Floyd comes out jabbing which I'm sure he will knowing how prone Shane is to it.

I think he could overwhelm Mayweather, but Mosley was trying not to get hit by Cotto, and Cotto was landing on him throughout that whole fight. Because Mosley isn't prepared for anything at any moment.

Its not just mayweather's defensive, put his footspeed, his accuracy. Mosley could win this fight, but more often than not Floyd does.

    Two words: The jab
Maywhether cannot block a jab to save his life and is not interested in fighting any of the elite welterweights cuz he doesnt want to be in a fight, he likes to look pretty and win against lower class fighters with the exemption of Chico Coralles and an old Delahoya, besides tht who has he fought? Ok Zab Judah is another good fighter who was actually beating Maywhether and even knocked him down, but they didnt count it, Zab beat himself in tht fight and exposed alot of Maywhethers weaknesses, he would not beat fighters with good jabs and boxing skills such as Cotto, Clottey, and Mosley, even Paul Williams, who all have decent jabs, Cotto being the most excellent jabber in boxing or boxers who apply pressure the way DLH did. So do i consider Maywhether pound for pound? NO! why? cuz hes only fought 1 elite fighter in his whole career, an old Oscar, Hatton is an overated fighter who only beat an old Kasta , so thts y Maywhether picked him to have an easy victory! Maywhether is a disgrace to boxing unless he comes back and beats these welterweights , he isnt pound for pound, wht is he gonna do wait for Mosley to hit 40 and then beat him an declare himself pound for pound again, come on plz!

They are not the same skill level,PBF is a much more skilled technical boxer both offence and defense.
