Just stick to the tons of programs in TV land which are concentrated on people rattling on about the bible/koran/torah/ancient astronauts - that present their beliefs as truth and factual too

And also I don't think they try to present their beliefs as fact so much as they try to teach lessons from sacred books....books which are sacred for a reason. They contain lessons which can make us better people but what hurts religions are when people teach the wrong lessons frokm these books

I don't need a "sacred book" to give me lessons on how to treat you. How about I respect what you believe you respect what i believe? I don't believe in imaginary beings. I have no problem with people that find comfort in believing in imaginary beings.

He's got a one off special on tonight about how the truth's of Darwin have finally been proven beyond doubt apparently. Will watch with interest.

There seems to be a concerted effort at the moment to generate a groundswell of publicity for athiestic humanism, we had Dawkins 'The God Delusion' last year, the buses advertsing the fact there's no God all around the UK and now Attenborough is going to reassure us all that there's no doubt in the minds of science any more.

Should be an interesting watch, it's a shame they will never broadcast any counter side so all we get is 'religious' indoctrination from the humanists intent of making their religion the number one but it's been the same throughout human history I guess, the people being told what to think and believe.

Right.. because no god sqaud merchant, of any religion, ever gets to air their beliefs in the media?

Yeah but the difference is that the humanists are allowed to present their religion as truth and factual when in fact there is nothing factual about evolution. It is as much a faith belief system as belief in intelligent design. That's what annoys me.

Funny you should say that ,thats exactly what annoys others about the good book and people taking everything in it for gospel, instead of seeing that heaven is here right in front of you.
If you belive that scripture from the bible; then logically the answers obviously are right here under our noses too.
At least scientists are the ones searching, not just accepting the rest of the stuff written down in it to the detriment of the thread of truth that can also be found within these ancient texts.
