hi every one i am posting this thread in the hope that you could maybe give me some advice on how to stick to a diet. im currently doing cardio and bodyweight exercises with a view of getting down to my ideal weight (im 28 years old, 5 foot 9 and weigh 14 and a a half stone), my only problem is and has always been sticking to sensible eating plans. i know it sounds stupid but if anyone has any methods or advice when it comes to sticking to diets id be very thankfull for your help as im starting to think that maybe i just havent got any will power when it comes to eating junk!
