I'm not sure how that logic works since Pacquiao faced a very worn down and incredibly sub standard De La Hoya, Pacquiao has some great skills but I think a lot of boxers couldv'e beaten Oscar on that night.
I don't think Pacquiao has ever faced a body puncher like Hatton before, it's one of Hatton's things, one of his specialities if you like.
Pacquiao may dictate a lot of the offence with his speed and decent jab, but I don't think I've ever seen a fight where Ricky curls up into a ball and steps back. It's Ricky's dominance in the ring that makes him so pleasing to watch, never in a dull fight.
All that stuff aside, I do agree that Hatton is hittable, and I agree that Pacquiao's speed and jab will be very good for him. If Hatton comes at Manny like he did against Floyd when he got annoyed and frustrated, then I think Pacquiao will slap him around and maybe win on a late TKO or UD. There's also cuts to worry about.
But you can never ever rule out Hatton, so much heart and workrate, killing body punches and determination.
It's such a tough one to call, they're both great fighters. I will however go for Hatton by KO, in lets say, round 6. But, that could be the English in me speaking!
