Even as at yesterday I though Hatton would be a sure thing for this one, but thinking further who knows now. All comes down to Hattons self beleif and confidence. Khan is cocky and would probably fancy it and the question is if Khan were to use his speed and reach would Ricky just rush in again and repeat past mistakes, think it comes down to Hatton controlling the red midst, and psyching out a much less experienced fighter.

One thing for sure, he needs to leave off the liefestyle he has and try and keep in good shape , not making excuses but compared to previous fights Hatton looked stringy last week and a bit more drawn looking in the face.

Agree mate, all the talk of using his jab and re learning some more boxing style was all out the window when he tried to macho it up, looks like the old taking the horse towater scenario.

Yes Ricky has had a long hard career , but lets not forget Khan is not Pacman , and he has a glass jaw , so lets not think that because Hatton got koed that this suddenly makes Khan a great.

Its an interesting fight id pay to watch it.

I hear what your saying and it's not that people think that Khan is so good is that ricky might just have gotten so bad. I mean hopefully it is just a case of him coming unstuck against the best there is but it's still a worry that he takes what should be an easy one and gets done again.

I really like Hatton, as a fighter and as a person and do wish him well whatever. Ideally another title shot for the 140 and then walk away on top. But it's the merry go round scenario, he wins the next one and thinks oh well might as well keep going and then ends a journeyman......What a sport eh !!

One big advantage for Khan is having Freddie Roach in his corner... Roach has Hatton all figured out... What Khan needs to do is follow the gameplan to perfection...

I know what your saying Al i just don't think Hatton should put himself at risk of losing to a Khan he should retire with his only losses being to Mayweather and Pacquiao.

That's the thing, spot on Al - it's now interesting. And there's a lot of people out there who would love to see it.

If hatton is guaranteed £5 million, at least, then he will do it.

Khan needs to win though - I know very little about Kotelnik or whatever he's called so not sure how likely that is ?

Kotelnik is better than most give him credit for he gave Witter a tough fight and M'baye infact their could be debate he beat both this is a tough fight for Khan.

Both vulnerable fighters. One is on the up the other is on the down. Anything could happen.

I've said before that Hatton would probably be too much for him but now Khan has Roach in his corner and Hatton will have the demons of the KO loss, it sorta evens it up.

If Hatton couldn't handle Pac's speed and accuracy then he's fucked basically. Khan is quicker and would be just as accurate especially if Hatton comes forward with his hands down/no head movement.

There's the chance that Hatton could KO Khan but i'm honestly not sure how much he has left to offer. Not saying he's a shot fighter but two KO losses and a style that has been meddled with make it a very difficult task for him.

I like both fighters so it would be both good and bad to watch. I'd be pulling for a Hatton win but at the same time British boxing gets a bigger boost from a Khan win.

I'd rather see Hatton hang em up to be honest. He's got nothing else to prove. Pac and Mayweather are complete freaks of the sport. He's been far too good for the alphabet champions at 10 stone but not quite good enough to beat the very very best. No shame whatsoever in that.

This could be an interesting fight with very little difference between the 2 boxers...

In fact the difference is only one round, Khan KO'ed in the 1st round and Hatton KO'ed in the 2nd round... Hmmnn, very exciting on who can KO who first...

Plus the fact that Khan seemed to handle Pac quite well in sparring. Will give him confidence.

Hatton will crush Khan, he is not that bad a fighter FFS.
