Should Dimitri Kirilov (currently #7 at 115) be removed from Jr. Bantamweight Ratings to the pool? He has not fought Aug 2 '08 which was the KO loss to Darchinyan...
I vote yes
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
I'm with Galaxy on this one. Drop him to the pool.
With Dimitri Kirilov due to come out, we now have 2 vacant spots at 115. We had originally voted for Lopez/ Sonosona to be for the vacant #10 position but with Nonito Donaire moving up I think we should vote again to see who fills the vacant #8 spot:
Nonito Donaire/ Rafael Concepcion winner Aug 15
Jose Lopez/ Marvin Sonosona winner Sep 4
Roberto Vasquez/ Drian Francisco Oct 3
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
The Concepcion-Donaire fight should fill one vacany and the Lopez-Sonosona should fill the other one

We made a mistake in voting in Hernan Marquez into the vacant spot previously, when he was supposed to be for the pool at 115. So once again could we please have your votes on who should fill the vacant #9 position at 108:
Juanito Rubillar
Munetsugu Kayo
Adrian Hernandez
Brahim Asloum
Edren Dapudong
Rodel Mayol
My vote once again is for Mayol
The Best There Is, The Best There Was, The Best There Ever Will Be
I refuse to rank someone of the basis of a draw so that leaves out Mayol (who hasn't had a meaningful win in three years by the way) and Kayo who hasn't had a win yet this year.
Adrian Hernandez, hasn't fought someone worth putting him into the pool and has been flirting with flyweight.
Brahim Asloum had a good victory over humberto pool, but that was at flyweight and was his first fight since 2007.
Edren Dadupong had a good win over Bert Batawang, but if Batawang would have won, I certainly wouldn't have ranked him based on the victory.
Rubillar is a pretty safe bet to say he's done.
Based on this I vote for Dapudong, also based on this I will be voting to leave the number 10 spot vacant in the future, fighters need to earn these ranks.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
I was well aware Marquez was bypassing the pool and into the rankings. There was no mistake. That was the intention. I didn't know it wasn't allowed. So be it. I say leave it vacant
For me its more the fact that he didn't lose to our #1 guy, but I see where your coming from. The rematch looks set... unfortunately Calderon's gonna school him!
It is allowed for a fighter to bypass the pool, but Marquez has never fought at 108. The Esquer fight was at 115. We have moved him into the pool at 115. The mistake was voting on a guy who had never fought at that weight...
