Hopkins v Jones Jnr is on if Jones beats Green!!

I really hope it happens. If Hopkins wins, he gets to erase the only clear loss of his career. If Jones wins, I'll be stunned.

How many times does jones have to lose until he's not able to come back and pick up another paycheck? Jones still has the speed of hands but just cant seem to put out the output like he used to. Hopkins will finally get his revenge in a unanimous win. I would say this needs to be a retirement fight for both but if Hopkins looks like he has been of late then why retire? Maybe he could face Paul williams if williams makes it past Pavlik.

I don't think the Green fight has any bearing on the Bhop fight at all. Green and RJJ are fighting at cruiserweight and the RJJ V Bhop fight is at light heavy. Am i wrong on this? So if Green gets very very lucky and wins RJJ still fights Bhop at LHW. Although if Bhop then wins do we get Green V Bhop in Syd??

I'd actually like to see this, both guys stil have the skills that made them, yet have both faded physically, so it's almost fair. Plus there's an element of a grudge there, should have happened in 01 but I'll take it.

Jones threw over 700 punches against lacy and stopped him...at first that may not sound like much but how many current LHW before jones did it could have beat down even the faded lacy that way?...

And if bernard wins, only in his head will it erase his loss...It does nothing in terms of legacy. Oddly enough if Jones wins he'll get credit because bhop beat pavlik in last fight and is rated in the top 5 p4p on most lists.
