I agree all things relevant to Pac & his army... Even Floyd to an extend. Mind you, when i joined this Forum, a hell of a lot of people were talking about Hatton, Cotto & The Klitschko's. I think fan boys are here to stay, i think that's what bring's people to the Forum... Any forum. Which is a good thing.

Maybe it's upto us (i dunno if i've been here long enough to say us?) elder statesman to direct the attention span of the seemingly shallow conservationists somewhere else?

I mean, i don't really look at who is creating the majority of threads on the main board, or who is making threads predominately on whatever subject matter but maybe some of those who aren't happy with the direction of the forum (*wink-cough* Dahx Kahn) should make the conciencious (i really can't spell for shit, KON-SEE-EN-CHOS ) decision to steer the forum in the right direction.

Secondly, i think a lot of people like to play around with various persona's. Fact

By this i mean some people (me included) follow certain quirky little trends. Some just like to adopt certain demeanour's in aid of making a point.
I'm sure this kind of stuff quite simply comes and goes and can just be ignored.

This whole thing was blown out of context...I was genuinly asking a question about things because like I stated I have not been around and the few times I have been I seem to have come across the worst moments..

I was genuinly asking about mods because I thought maybe there are not as many as before...all were simple questions...I never singled anyone out etc,,,

Sorry if anyone felt it was personal but it was not....Never had a problem with any mods and in my time here they have always been top notch....

DK - If you've not been round how can you possibly judge the site? You may have dropped by on bad day, let's face it happens to all forums, some ponce starts trolling - if you logged on then it may not look great but the mods are pretty hot on that and give everyone a lot of freedom to say what they like....which leads me to the next point

Like anything or anyone,the site evolves and goes through stages.

I think alot of old time posters have already said everything they can think a number of times and its just rehashing the same; but add new fighters names to the same thought process.

People change too, look at VD, he has calmed down alot from the first years style.

Daxx, I didnt take offense at all.

But then again; you could of blamed and named me personally and I still would'nt of cared. So long as you are up front thats great with me and all other Aussies on here too I imagine, shoot from the hip and we dont take any offence.

Also Micks input over the years can be seen by his horrrifc simply amazing post toll.You cant expect anyone to keep up that pace or match it for quality of posts.

If a thread starts with "What if ?" That makes me think "what if I just dont open your lame assed thread and die of boredom in a flat sea along with you.

The place is quiet these days. The quality is still top notch compared to any other forum but it is quiet lately.

I haven't read any posts yet but I actually think the main board is at it's healthiest in a while. For a while the Pac fans (well Xadu really) just had a death grip on the board that couldn't be shaked. I think a lot of new members have stepped in and have posted really good which we didn't seem to have for a while because all the new members were drowned out by the Pac fans.

Here's what I think happens...

Sometimes we just notice the bad things more so then the good things.
An example I can give is from my job, I have an assistant she's a good worker overall she does he job well I can't complain and don't complain. She completes her tasks and is reliable BUT it just so happens that she keeps getting caught by the GM on her cell phone.

Like I said good worker does her job etc. etc. but it just so happens that the GM notices the cell phone thing more so then anything else.

I can't defend her because she's not suppose to be using her phone. I don't mind that she's on the phone because its never effected her work.

Samething happens here sometimes the bad things are more noticeable and stand out like a sore thumb and the better/good things go unoticed.

Very true, a mate of mine said to me once when we were talking about relationships. he said
