That was Woodgate, Bowyer and Duberry.

Not to sure if Duberry got done for the attack I think he just lied for the other two, but Woodgate and Bowyer got done for it.
Ah thats it. Gerrard has been in trouble for affray.
gerrard was the one that tried to beat up the DJ when he wouldnt play his song am i right??

If you look through the whole england squad the majority have got form. Can you imagine this kind of behaviour going on in any other sport??

Gerrard is the one who comes steaming in with the uppercuts at around 55 seconds in, but apparently he is innocent .

    bowyer and woodgate

For some reason the simple fact that bowyer looks like a nasty f*cker and woodgate looks like he couldnt fight to save his life meant that bowyer got vilified all over the country while woodgate carried on playing without even a bat of an eyelid....very strange situation that was

Just chatting to a mate of mine on facebook about the left back position. How about barry?

has done it for villa before and wont get a game over gerrard and fatboy in the centre will he
Gerrard hasnt played centre for England since Capello has been boss. Barry is probably one of the first names on the team sheet, I'd say his place as the holding midfielder is a lock, especially with Hargreaves out.

    Only other options are:

    Baines
    Warnock
    Shorey
    Carrick >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Barry

By a mile. If you want to talk about let-downs since joining City, then Barry is the man. How he's a shoe in for England is beyond me. But he is, lol. Baffling.

I would have to agree there mate, add to that Carrick since crimbo has been amazing for us, but I don't think that Fabio fancy's Carrick he has been out of some of his sqauds over the couple of years he has been here, I have no doubt Barry will be ever present in the starting eleven in SA.

exactly my reason for banging him over to the left side

Gerrard plays that interchanging centre midfield role for liverpool briiliantly, i just dont buy this whole gerrard-lampard cannot work thing.

Gerrards the superior player anyway and we`ve more than enough talent on the right with young, milner, wright-phillips and dare i even say beckham.

    James
Johnson(if not G Neville), Terry, Ferdinand, Cole (if not barry)
    Young, Gerrard, Lampard, ?
    Rooney, Cole

    surely??

The team I think if everyone is fit will be:

    James

    Johnson Ferdinand Terry Cole/Baines

    Lennon Lampard Barry Gerrard

    Rooney Heskey

I don't think that is our best team personally id swap Cole for Heskey for starters but I think that will be Fabio's team.

Barry is too slow to play left back. He's filled in a few times for us and looked dodgy.

Tell you what though, i'd take Adam Johnson in a flash. He's looked top quality for us. Good with both feet, got pace and skills and decent strength. Top quality delivery from free-kicks and corners. He's really impressed me. He's looked much better than SWP has anyway.

yeah that makes sense stick your playmaker out on the left and put the naturally left sided player who hasnt done f*ck all, all season into the middle.

It's not as simple as that. Barry will drop in to cover the area between the defence and midfield, which in turn will allow Gerrard to come in field a little bit, which in turn gives room for Cole to over-lap.

It's important that we have a player to drop in when we attack. That's wide Lampard and Gerrad cannot play central midfield roles together in a 4-4-2, as neither of them want to be curbing their attacking game.

I'd play Heskey up top but i'd definitely take Carlton Cole to SA.

Great shout that do you think he could play on the left? Looks good from what I have seen of him, very quick and tricky reminds a bit of Valencia what I have seen of him.

I don't think SWP has got a hope of going thats probably our strongest posistion the right side, but I think Johnson could do a job on the left if needed, Cole has been shocking this season Downing not good enough imo and looks like Gerrard will be playing there.

    But I do like Johnson.

It seems absurd to play Stevie G on the left, but when ya see them play, he does tend to drift inside and get shots off with his right. Also his link up play with Rooney is the key. They both have ultimately a free role in the team to go out, link up and cause problems. The system is almost a 4-3-1-1-1 or 4-3-2-1 if ya like. The fact we had Ashley previously raiding down the left, then he was our winger. Personally i would prefer Lamps and Stevie in the middle with a fit Joe Cole on the left.

Personally I don't think he should be going never mind being in the team he has been awful since he came back from his injury, he has few months to get his form back if he doesn't I wouldn't take him.
