Back on weights and running nightly but not going so much for bulk but need to tone & firm up,drop another 20 lbs while building back.
Yeah 100% Whey protein is what you need. Mate depending on your calorie intake you may need to have more than two protein shakes a day, I have 4 currently.
How much protein do you get from solid foods?
Not heaps as I only really get to have two meals a day due to work, so basically 3 eggs whites in the morning and steak or chicken for dinner. If i get a chance for lunch I will usually try to chuck some tuna in there. I have 1 shake in the morning, 1 during the day, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at night.
What are your goals if you don't mind me asking?
Putting on lean muscle without adding too much fat. I know one thing I havent done right is do a specific diet and calorie intake which I probably should. You know any good websites they have calore counter or something?

To be honest mate, the best advice i can give you would be to buy a Sports Nutrition textbook. It'll cost you about £10 (not sure what that is in Australian currency) but everything you need will be in there. It'll be easy to follow, and you will learn so much more than you learn from the guys on bodybuilding forums (no offence to those guys). It'll open your eyes big time and it will be the best £10 you'll spend if you're serious about your goals.
