need to have a more mainstream promotion, more contender fights, less belts. I think if they do a U.S prizefighter it would do great though.
Mc Donald's knows the what the deal is. It's called advertising. Imagine there nothing super special about their products, but they manage to outsell everyone. What they say and what they have learned is that advertising sells.
It is up to the promoter to put out the word on the fights. He has to put out in-order to get a good return.
I guess that boxers are not been developed in the right way.
They need to build a fan base localy and as they move up in level the fans will follow and from a wider area.
No point having a 4 or 6 round fighter on a Vegas card unless he is from Vegas because none of his natural local fans will be watching.

Because the heavyweight champion of the world is not form the usa right now so its going to be low.
Honestly when I talk to people around everyone seems to know who the guys are in UFC, have UFC viewing parties, go to the local MMA events etc. Boxing hardly even gets mentioned anymore. If someone does mention boxing, it's just to be polite to me. I get questions like "when's the next big boxing match?"
Boxing is on a decline as far as world interest goes IMO.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
