I thought it was rather cute, must be some kind of warm up exercise. Warm up/dance fusion. Nice.

The training: I'm assuming he's preparing to spar and watching Haye on the TV... I'm just not sure why he is standing so square on and throwing little half arsed punches.

The little arm twirls: despite what boston (who wants up to believe he put a spoon up his nose... he sucks at trolling though) might tell you... no rotator cuffs are 'being burnt'... piss poor shoulder 'warm up'

Whatever works him him... maybe he likes to be relaxed and doesn't pressure himself into focus. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he's not seriously in camp in this video... (because this verges on 'seriously camp' )
Not being funny mate but, looking at his record and titles, I think he is in a better position to judge what works in training than you. Just a hunch, though...

I found a grown man... particularly one who looks like Wlad jigging to dated, cheesy 80s pop a little funny, sue me.

...and please don't mistake talent and genetics for outstanding training knowledge. Not a direct corellation... and never will be.

It all so seems as if you are equating criticism of one minute footage from what appears to be a warm up with criticism of his whole entire training and nutritional regime?

When your trolls make sense... I'll start to bite.

P.S. On the subject of literacy, a sentence starts with a capitol letter. Aren't you meant to be a teacher?

yeah, this kind of surprise is a clear sign of inability to think outside of the box. Its tough to imagine a boxer taking a few minutes to just watch an 80s music video.

It's what you should have started your second last post with.

I see you started that post with one, so I guess I've actually managed to teach you something. Well done for thinking outside of the box and having an open mind.

I'm not sure how I am able to respond to you, seeing as how I am illiterate and therefore can't read your posts... But whatever.

You're able to respond solely through the regular doses of psychoactive seratonin reuptake inhibitors that you routinely consume by doctor's orders.

I wasn't aware that SSRIs granted literacy skills or language comprehension.

    Wow!

    You learn something knew everyday.

I've learned that giving illiterate kids anti-depressants makes them literate and you've learned to start a sentence correctly. This conversation is truly enlightening for both of us.
