Well if the eye checks out then I say another fight with Kermit Cintron in a crossroads fight. Alfred Angulo in Mexico or a fight with Zab Judah in New York.

Retire!!! His coming forward style, lack of defence, never knowing when to quit and that eye, will only end in a serious injury if he continues!

A fight with James Kirkland would be the curtain call, hopefully sends him straight to the morgue.

I'm thinking after Margo blows all his money on drugs and alcohol, Taco Bell might be an option, run for the border Tony.

That eye wont heal on a defensive wiz of a fighter much less a guy who takes 2 or 3 to give some back. It will be a problem again and it won't take a guy of Cotto or Pacs caliber to exploit it. He either becomes a stepping stone match for some young gun trying to collect scalps, he can still have success but enters the ring war torn and with a bulls eye, or he considers retiring. Knowing Arum he'll be patched back together with duct tape and gorilla glue and put right back in another big match up. He's a fighter and its all he's ever known.

I like Cotto getting his revenge. Not for the fan boy chest thumping of revenge on a "low down dirty child molesting shit bag of a goat herder"...or something, but for the fact that coming back from a devestating tko like he took is something rare and a fighter has to thirst for the chance to get it right, reclaim that pride and 'self'. Cotto has alot to be proud of but he can say Margarito means nothing to him only in hindsight. Its an empty statement. Margarito meant everything and then some to Cotto lastnight not just in name but career, status and redemption and he was able to turn the page on it.

his eye is a cronic problem, he may never see fully out of it now....his body moves slower and looks cumbersome more then ever plodding around the gym...his rep and legacy is now a disgrace after wrap-gate. His family have to step in a bring an end to his boxing days....he'll feel the effects from years of tear ups

    time to retire

I know he is a fighter and that is all he's ever known, but he fought Cotto in 2008 and made very good money. He got paid well for the Mosley fight. He got the Pac fight and got paid unbelievably well. He got 2 million plus some % of ppv for the Cotto rematch. If he ever needs another penny then he is an idiot. I know he only knows boxing but you can't eat punches with your face forever.
