Eight track cartridges. Also known as Stereo 8 in the U.S I think. Sort of the precursor to cassette tapes. My Grandad had one in his Capri and I can remember him and My Grandma in her pinstripe jeans thinking they were the bees knees. Which they were.

I remember the old 8 track, they were always going wrong my brother, had a Rover V8 coup, with one
in back in the 70's

I was on the tail end on 8 tracks...they were built like you could run them over with the car and they'd still play

Cassettes...one day I'll actually get rid of these two duffle bags full of relics You could actually 'repair' cassettes...felt like f'n MacGyver if you wanted to save it bad enough

Cassettes were great. Used to have a twin tape Brixton briefcase and used to love using the pause button to make megamixes back in the day. buh,buh,buh,back in the day.

I use to watch wrestling with my dad at the civic hall in Wolverhampton Big Daddy, Giant Haystack and Kendo Nagasaki.
