Pacquiao will stop Rios Early. To say Rios is one dimensional is to do a disservice to the letters on this page. Rios is too slow and basic to win imo. Of course he can win through sheer will but Im guessing that pac still has the speed to beat him to the punch.

Rios is no Marquez. He has to get to Manny to wear him down. With his slow hands, lack of one punch power and lack of head movement, He'll get cut to ribbons on the way in.
